From the truth about automatic captions, to programs available to help you caption, and how to use them, our presenter will sit down with you and help you make your content more accessible.

About the presenter: Rikki Poynter is a 29-year-old deaf content creator, writer, accessibility consultant, and public speaker based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has spent eight years on YouTube talking about accessibility online and offline and her efforts have gotten the attention of YouTube, Google, Apple, and more.
