Description

The purpose of the Transportation Advocacy Mentoring Initiative (TAMI) was to pilot and record practices of a peer mentoring project that paired young adults with disabilities from Massachusetts with young advocates with disabilities in Michigan, who already had experience and success advocating for inclusive transportation options. We are excited to provide this guidebook as a resource for transit and human service providers to assist in developing similar peer mentoring models that enhance youth transportation advocacy in new communities.
