And a great strategy to capture and support the segment is to ensure that its members are represented in your workforce.
Recognizing the process to move an organization toward disability inclusion can be challenging, frameworks provide helpful structure for using strategies that have proven effective for other organizations.
This training reviews two frameworks – EARN’s Inclusion@Work Framework and The Workplace Initiative’s The Guide to Disability Inclusion – that provide roadmaps to aid in your organization’s disability inclusion journey. Further, the session also reviews three assessment tools that assist organizations in analysis and benchmarking.
