Description

Throughout Fall 2022, 10 Dinah F.B. Cohen NDMC DREAM fellows worked together to create two projects addressing important gaps in disability resources created by young people in the disability community. One project focuses on inclusive higher education while the other project highlights critical resources to support youth with disabilities during the post-secondary school transition period. This webinar explores the process the fellows undertook to brainstorm and execute the projects. Fellows highlight the importance of these projects as resources to disability community by individuals within the disability community.
